Activator Technique
The Activator instrument is a hand-held adjusting tool which allows for precise, low-force adjustments to be delivered safely to patients of all demographics without having to place the body in any vulnerable positions. This device is especially effective for the perinatal and pediatric populations, as it is less invasive and more tolerable as compared to manual adjustments. Dr. Richerson has been trained to deliver specific Activator adjustments in order to reduce tension throughout the spine and surrounding soft tissues in order to improve patient functioning and mobility.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the CNS promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. CST has been found to be effective in treating populations suffering from many chronic pain disorders and is recommended for children who have been diagnosed with Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs).
